Research Interests:

Operations and Supply Chain Management, Operations-Marketing Interface, Incentive Mechanism Design, Data Analytics, and AI Applications in Operations.

Prof. Liang is a Professor and Head in the Department of Operations and Risk Management at Lingnan University. She obtained her PhD degree with a major in Management Science from Sauder School of Business, the University of British Columbia, Canada. Her main research interests include operations and supply chain management, incentive mechanism design, data analytics, AI applications in operations, and the interface between operations and other disciplines. Prof. Liang has published papers in journals such as Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Naval Research Logistics, IIE Transactions, and European Journal of Operational Research. She has eight years of work experience in the telecommunications industry and has been engaged in industrial consulting projects related to operations management.
