Dr. LUAN Meng is a Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow in the Division of Industrial Data Science at the School of Data Science, Lingnan University (LU), Hong Kong. She received her Ph.D. degree from Southeast University in 2025. Her research focuses on multi-agent systems, distributed optimization and decision-making algorithms, networked resource allocation, and distributed Nash equilibrium seeking in non-cooperative games. She has published 10+ academic papers in international journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions and Automatica. Additionally, she serves as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Control of Network Systems, IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, as well as the IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (CDC) and the IFAC World Congress. She was selected for the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program (Special Program for Doctoral Students) by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). She received the First Prize of the Student Best Paper Award at the 21st Chinese Conference on Complex Networks (rank 1/4) in 2025, and the Best Student Paper Award at the 8th IEEE International Conference on Unmanned Systems (rank 1/2) in 2025. Furthermore, she was awarded the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students.
