嶺南大學文化研究系暨文化研究及發展中心將於 2023 年 5 月 19 至 20 日舉辦 亞洲共享社群暨合作社論壇—日本、韓國、台灣之在地實踐與國際連結。

是次論壇特別邀請到來自在日本、台灣、以及韓國長期參與合作社運動之工作者，分享其多年來累積的實踐智慧與在當地社會推動合作社運動所面臨的困境。他/她們的經驗不僅使 Commons 的實踐成為可能，亦開花結果，在當地社會打造漸趨完善的另類消費網絡，為在地居民的生活開創合作經濟的空間。我們希望藉由是次亞洲論壇，提供香港在地社區夥伴，以及其他亞洲工作者參考學習。我們亦邀請了樂施會、公平點等本地機構代表參與討論。

The Department of Cultural Studies and the Centre for Cultural Research and Development of Lingnan University is organising the Forum on Connecting Commons and Cooperatives in Asia – Learning Experiences from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan on 19-20 May 2023.

The forum will feature practitioners from the cooperative movement in Japan, Taiwan and South Korea who will share their practical wisdom and the challenges they face in promoting the cooperative movement in their local communities. Their experiences have not only made the practice of the commons possible, but have also blossomed into an alternative consumers’ network, creating a space for the cooperative economy in the local community. We hope that this forum will serve as a reference for our local community partners in Hong Kong and other Asian practitioners. We have also invited representatives from local organisations such as Oxfam and Fair Circle to join the discussion.
