Mode and Duration

This is a credit-based postgraduate programme. Most courses in the programme carry 3 credits.

Full-time mode

Applicable for students who are admitted from AY2022-23 onwards

Students have to obtain a minimum of 30 credits which consists of 6 core courses (3 credits each, total 18 credits) and 12 credits of elective courses in order to graduate.

The normal duration for the programme is one year full-time. The maximum period is two years full-time.

Part-time mode

Students have to obtain not less than 12 credits per term. The normal study period is 2 years and maximum period is 4 years.

Teaching normally starts in late August and ends in May. Most classes will be held on weekdays on Lingnan's Tuen Mun campus and M+ Campus in Kolwoon.

*Remarks: Students who are on student visa must study full-time, except for the very last term when less than 12 credits are needed for graduation.
