To be eligible for entry into MSc in RIM, applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized tertiary institution or have equivalent qualifications, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis; and
- Proof of English proficiency is required for applicants whose Bachelor's degree was obtained from non-English medium institution, applicants must meet one of the following requirements.
- IELTS - minimum acceptable score of 6.5; or
- TOEFL - minimum acceptable score of 550 (paper-based test) or 79 (internet-based test)
Applicants who do not fulfil the above language requirements but have an equivalent score in a recognized test, or an equivalent qualification assessment to prove their language proficiency may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A recent GMAT or GRE test score, while not required, will be helpful in determining admittance into the Programme.
Applicants with no or limited background related to insurance and statistics in their first degree, or equivalent academic qualification, will have to complete and pass pre-entry courses prior to the start of this programme.
