Expanding Support to Our Users in Need

The Library is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. We have strengthened our services to better support all users, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring equitable access to resources and a welcoming environment for everyone.
 

• Induction Loop System is available for users with hearing aids at the Service Counter (1/F Zone A) 
• Two sets of SEN Workstations with dual screens, monitor arm, height-adjustable tables, and relevant software installed are located on 1/F (Zone B and C) 
• SEN Equipment available for checkout 
• Accessible Toilets with auto door are available on 1/F Zone A and C, and 3/F Zone C 
• Lift connecting all Library floors and tactile guides on all renovated floors 
• New physical signage and digital accessible website to support users with impaired colour vision need 

We will keep working closely with the Office of Student Affairs and other Lingnan units to enhance our services to better serve our SEN community.
