Terms and Conditions

  • The registration form is required to submit by Lingnan University alumni. The registration fee will be charged to the provided credit card upon registration with no receipt provided. Once the registration has been confirmed, please be advised that reservation fee is non-refundable and/or non-transferrable under any circumstances.
  • Each alumnus can bring a maximum of four family members or friends to participate (including a maximum of three children aged 11 or below), with a maximum group size of twelve people.
  • Each registration form will be processed independently by Alumni Relations Team. Please fill in the information of the participants in the same group in one application.
  • All information submitted shall be accurate, complete, and clear to avoid registration errors and processing delays. If the alumni register for any third party, the third party shall be informed of the terms and conditions of this event.
  • The registration will automatically be cancelled if the submission information checked fake or invalid.
  • ONLY online registration is accepted. Other registration methods are not accepted, and on-site registration is not available.
  • Quotas are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis. All registrations will be confirmed based on the confirmation email sent by Alumni Relations Team.
  • Parking space is limited and is served on first-come-first-served basis. If you need to reserve a parking space within the campus, please clearly indicate it in the registration form (each group can reserve a maximum of 1 parking space). 
  • Specific arrangements have been made by the event for accommodations and activities concerning disabilities or special needs. Please clearly indicate any such requirements in the registration form.
  • The final arrangements will be handled by the Alumni Relations Team.
  • Renovations will be carried out on certain facilities, areas, and roads within the campus during the summer break. As a result, access to these locations may be restricted or certain pathways may be temporarily blocked.
  • Alumni Relations Team reserves the right to revoke the participation of any individuals without advance notice in the event that they intentionally damage any facilities or items on campus, or engage in inappropriate behaviour that causes harm or loss to others.
  • The programmes and activities schedule of "Alumni Homecoming 2024" may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • All programmes and activities may be suspended or cancelled under adverse weather conditions. If "Alumni Homecoming 2024" is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, applicants will be notified by email (with information provided during registration) and NO registration fee will be refunded.   • Lingnan University Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Lingnan University Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs reserves the right of final decision.
