Entry Requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognised higher education institution*; and
  • If the applicant's bachelor's degree was awarded by a non-English medium institution, the applicant must have the result of:
    • TOEFL: minimum acceptable score of 550 (paper-based test) or 79 (internet-based test); or
    • IELTS: minimum acceptable score of 6.5; or
    • An equivalent score in another English language test**

*    Applicants with relevant academic qualifications or work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis for this course.

** Applicants of equivalent English qualifications may be invited to attend an admission interview.

 

Application Procedure


To apply for the HTIB programme, please complete the following steps by 30th June 2024:

  1. Complete the online application form: https://www.ln.edu.hk/admission/apply
  2. Upload scanned copies of the following documents to the system:
    • Copies of academic certificates and transcripts;
    • Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL), if needed;
    • ID card, passport, or any other identity document(s) of your home country;
    • A personal statement (written in English and not more than two pages);
    • Curriculum vitae;
    • Other relevant supporting documents.
  3. Avoid applying at the last minute as according to the system, applications may be required to provide the letter of certificate/transcript, confidential recommendation letter, and China Qualification Verification report.
  4. Settle the application fee (HKD$400) with a credit card. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Tuition fees


  • The tuition fee for the programme is HK$180,000 for both full-time students (for the 1-year programme) and part-time students (for the 2-year programme).
