Postgraduate study serves as a vital platform for students to explore new ideas and broaden their academic horizons. For Chen Ziqi, studying the Master of Arts in Arts and Cultural Heritage Management (ACHM) programme at Lingnan University (Lingnan)’s School of Graduate Studies was a turning point. The programme enabled her to explore the field of arts and cultural heritage extensively, and it inspired her profound interest in Buddhist studies.
After graduating from Lingnan, she continued her exploration of Buddhist studies in Hong Kong. Ziqi said the ACHM programme laid a solid foundation for her academic growth, “The programme’s focus on exhibition curation and its strong emphasis on understanding local community culture sparked my interest in Hong Kong’s Buddhist heritage and cultural industry, a passion that now guides my research.”
The ACHM programme is designed to equip students with both practical and research-oriented skills for the arts and heritage sector.
