His research interests lie at the intersection of operations management, supply chain management, and digital technologies. He focuses on digital and AI-enabled operations, platform and omnichannel operations, supply chain resilience, and sustainable and ESG-oriented operations. His research examines how emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and algorithm tools, shape firms’ operational strategies, channel competition, supply chain coordination, and environmental performance. His work has appeared in leading journals including the European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Annals of Operations Research, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, and Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment.
