Contract Termination with Zwei Development Company (柴犬商店)

MEMO

Members of the university community might probably be aware that the vending machine services provided by Zwei Development Company (Zwei/柴犬商店 ) have been less than satisfactory for about 6 months, during which the Finance Office has been working hard to press for better services and at the same time keeping good records of their underperformance. 
 
After seeking legal advice, we have served a notice to terminate the contract with Zwei today. Thus, all Zwei's vending machines will cease to provide service with immediate effect.    
 
On the other hand, we are negotiating with other service providers to increase their presence on campus to fill the service gap vacated by Zwei.
