Application Procedures

To apply for the SEA programme, please complete the following steps by 30 June 2027:

1. Complete the online application form;
2. Upload scanned copies of the required documents to the system;
3. Settle the application fee (HKD$400) with a credit card. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable; and
4. Invite two referees to complete the online Confidential Recommendation Form directly in one month after the submission of online application for the programme’s office consideration.

Reminder:

• Please avoid applying at the last minute as admissions will be closed once the quota is reached.
• Make sure the email address you input is correct. All the admission details and correspondence will only by made through that email.
• Make sure all the documents you submitted are complete and accurate. According to the laws of Hong Kong, forgery is a serious criminal offence that a convicted offender may be liable to imprisonment for 14 years.
