LU Card Service for Dependents of Wu Jieh Yee Lingnan Hub Residents

The LU Card Application portal was updated in June 2026 to streamline the application process for staff members residing in the Wu Jieh Yee Lingnan Hub who wish to obtain LU Cards for their dependents.
 

Dependent Application Process

  • Online Portal Access: Resident staff can log into the LU Card Application system using their university credentials and select the dedicated option for "LU Card for Dependents of Wu Jieh Yee Lingnan Hub Resident".  

  • Eligibility & Coverage: Resident staff can register eligible family members, including spouses, children, and other dependents.  

  • Privileges: During the application, staff can select specific privileges for each dependent, including Lingnan Hub building access, library reader or borrower privileges, and access to campus sports facilities.  

  • Managing Existing Dependents: For dependents already registered in the system prior to moving into the Lingnan Hub, staff can retroactively grant building access or modify existing privileges through the form.  

  • Approval Workflow: Once submitted, applications are automatically routed to the Office of Campus Development and Management (OCDM) for review, with email notifications sent upon approval.
