Payment Portal

The Payment Portal was successfully launched on 15 June 2026, providing the University with a centralized gateway for managing online payment services. The new platform establishes a standardized and scalable payment framework, offering departments and integrated systems a single, secure, and consistent interface for initiating and processing payment transactions.

The portal supports multiple payment channels, including credit cards (BEA), UnionPay, Flywire, and FPS, and enables seamless integration with enterprise applications through standardized APIs. By centralizing payment services, the platform reduces duplicate development efforts across departments and accelerates the delivery of new digital services.

The system automates key payment operations, including transaction processing, payment status notifications, transaction tracking, and financial reconciliation with the Finance ERP. These capabilities enhance operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and streamline administrative workflows.

Designed with security and governance in mind, the Payment Portal incorporates robust security controls, audit logging, API-based authentication, and encrypted data transmission to safeguard financial transactions. The implementation of the platform strengthens the University's digital infrastructure while delivering a more reliable, secure, and user-friendly payment experience for both internal and external users.
