eLeave System Enhancement

ITSC has enhanced the eLeave System to align with the internal audit requirement on the approval hierarchy. With this enhancement, Department Administrators can pre-define the approval hierarchy of each staff. The approval information will be automatically filled in the leave application form when a staff member applies for leave. There is also a delegation function to allow Department Administrators to set a delegate as an approver or endorser for a certain period of time. This enhancement has been launched on 1 September 2022.
