Savouring Batangas: A Culinary Journey
The Savouring Batangas Project is dedicated to showcasing the essence of Filipino cuisine to a global audience while encouraging responsible practices in consumption and production. Through interviews, cooking demonstrations, and immersive tasting experiences, students gained a deeper understanding of food culture, history, and stories. They produced a series of eight promotional videos highlighting different cuisines, along with a summary video designed to inspire food enthusiasts worldwide, all while promoting sustainability and cultural appreciation in culinary practices.

Neonatal Care in the Philippines (Baby Incubator)
The Baby Incubator Project seeks to improve newborns care and enhance neonatal health through innovative technology. Students conducted comprehensive testing and presented the functionality of baby incubators to key stakeholders, including medical professionals and expectant mothers in Verde Island. Feedback obtained from these interviews is instrumental in refining the incubator's design. It will culminate in a detailed report that synthesizes user insights and provides an actionable improvement plan, ultimately advancing neonatal care in the Philippines.

Longevity among Seniors in the Philippines (Agrotourism Project)
The Agrotourism Project aims to develop an agrotourism plan to enhance revenue streams for Paraiso Village while promoting the Blue Zone concept, fostering good health and well-being both locally and internationally. As a pioneer in active aging, Paraiso Village offers senior citizens a healthy, self-sufficient living environment. Students conducted site investigations and interviews with corporations, educational institutions, and families to gather inspiration and insights into community needs. They also explored net zero infrastructure and solutions to help Paraiso Village evolve into a sustainable community.

Managing Microplastic Pollution
The Microplastic Project aims to design an efficient waste management system that leverages community-driven junk shops to promote cleaner streets and healthier neighborhoods, enhancing urban sustainability. Through site investigations and interviews, students will map the "Journey of Waste" in Batangas, identify key stakeholders, and propose innovative solutions to tackle microplastic pollution, fostering responsible consumption and production practices. This initiative addresses environmental challenges and enhances resilience, while also aiming to protect ecosystems and promote sustainable land use.
