Biographical Sketch

Prof. YAN Aihua received her Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. She was an assistant professor at the Saint Louis University and a visiting assistant professor at the City University of Hong Kong before joining the Lingnan University. Her research mainly focuses on understanding how IT transforms organizational behavior and impacts organizational performance. Her current research interests include IT healthcare, IT governance, digital transformation, and business analytics. Her work has appeared in the Medical Education, Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association (JAMIA), Journal of Information Technology, International Journal of Information Management, and she has presented several papers at academic conferences such as International Conference of Information Systems (ICIS), Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), and Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS).
