Her research interests include Cross-Cultural Management in Joint Ventures, Cooperative and Competitive Relationships, Conflict Management, Constructive Controversy (Open-minded Dialogue), Leadership and Teamwork, the Role of Chinese Values and Thoughts. She has published about 40 papers at decent academic journals and more than 50 conference papers.

Prof. NI Na 尼娜

Prof.NI's primary research interests focus on corporate social responsibility, non-profit management in China, and the application of configurational approaches in the field of Management, environmental performance, sustainability, and branding. Prior to joining us, Prof. NI worked at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and Shenzhen University.

Prof. YAN Aihua 颜爱华

Associate Professor of Teaching

Prof. Yan got her PhD in Information System from University of Missouri-Saint Louis. She brings to us a wealth of knowledge in the areas of information system management, big data marketing, social media, and business data analytics. Prior to joining us, Prof. Yan worked at the Department of Information System of College of Business at City University of Hong Kong.

Prof. LAM Tak Ming Eric 林德明

B.Eng (CUHK); MSc in E-commerce and Internet Computer (HKU); MBA (Macau U); MSc in Environmental Management (HKU); DBA in MIS (SCU)

Prior to joining Lingnan University, Prof. Lam was a successful serial entrepreneur and experienced business executives with 20 more years in business start-ups, corporate consultancy, innovation and strategic management. His extensive business exposures and international connections were developed through working in global enterprises like IBM and NEC in the countries of Canada, US, Japan, Taiwan, HK China and mainland China.

Prof. HAN Peng 韩鹏

Dr. Han received her Ph.D. in Law from the University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include legal theory and China law, business law and intellectual property law etc. Her work has appeared in books and journals such as her monograph named "Law and Social Solidarity in Contemporary China: A Durkheimian Analysis" published by Routledge Press. Dr. Han won the Outstanding Teaching Award for Early Career Faculty in 2019/2020.

Dr Tana SIQIN, Tina 斯琴塔娜

Research Assistant Professor, Hong Kong Institute of Business Studies (HKIBS)

Her research interests include operations-marketing interfaces and supply chain management. She focuses on exploring multi-channel management and platform operations in the e-commerce era with the consideration of disruptive technologies (e.g., blockchain) adoption. She also explores social influences related behaviors on operations. She has rich publication experiences in high-impact journals like Annals of Operations Research, Decision Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Production Economics, and Transportation Research Part E.

Dr. LI Ang Leo 李昂
