Job Duties	Assist in: filing payment records and accounting journals in a orderly manner; updating records and fare tables in Travelling Expenses Claims System; updating financial reports; daily receipt records, file, index and pack Official Receipts into boxes; fixed Assets records and Fixed Assets Register maintenance and filing; and handling administrative tasks such as typing accounting documents, scanning documents into e-format, updating filing records, checking documents.
Required Skills	Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written) Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint A team player with good interpersonal skills With career interest in the public sector
Period of Internship	From 20 Jun to 19 Aug 2022
