Aims and Learning Outcomes

Aims
  1. To provide high quality value-added business education with emphasis on the liberal arts approach.
  2. To ensure students realise their potential and become competent, broad-based, well-rounded and socially responsible professionals ready for service in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and beyond.
  3. To gear up students to be professionals in the business field within which they operate.
  4. To instill in students sensitivity to and respect for the ethical dimensions in business decisions.
Programme Intended Learning Outcomes (PILOs)
  1. Students have good communication skills.
  2. Students are literate in IT knowledge and skills.
  3. Students are able to use AI technology to solve business problems.
  4. Students are able to adopt a holistic approach in strategic analysis and problem solving.
  5. Students are able to think critically.
  6. Students are competent in compiling and analysing quantitative information and business analytics to support decision making.
  7. Students are able to think creatively.
  8. Students are able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and use inter-disciplinary knowledge for creating innovative solutions.
