Hostel Access Management System

After the implementation of the upgraded Hostel Access Management System in July 2022, we continued to enhance the system to streamline its workflow. These enhancements primarily focus on automation, improving efficiency, and expanding functionalities.

Firstly, we have introduced automated email reports, enabling seamless communication and efficient dissemination of information to the Warden and Hostel Administrators. This new feature automates the generation and delivery of reports, saving time and effort for the staff involved.

Secondly, an additional function has been incorporated into the system to handle short-term or one-day access requests to the hostel for non-hostel residents. This new feature allows the swift and streamlined management of temporary access requirements, ensuring a smooth process for non-hostel residents who require short-term accommodation.

These enhancements to the Hostel Access Management System serve to optimize the system capabilities, improve user experience, and facilitate efficient management of access and security within the hostel.
