BPSY Souvenir Design Competition

Call for Entries: BPSY Souvenir Design Competition! Win $300 Coffee Vouchers!

 

The BPSY Programme Office is excited to announce our Souvenir Design Competition. We are looking for fresh, eye-catching designs to be featured on our upcoming official BPSY souvenir folders. Your design should creatively reflect the spirit, values, and unique identity of the BPSY programme.

Eligibility

All current BPSY students and BPSY alumni are welcome to join.

Prizes

The top two winning designs will be physically produced and distributed as official BPSY souvenirs! Both winners will receive a $300 HKD Pacific Coffee Voucher.

  • Panel’s Choice Award (1 Winner): Selected by a judging panel from the BPSY Programme Office based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and visual appeal.
  • People’s Choice Award (1 Winner): The shortlisted designs will be posted on our official Instagram page, and the design with the most "Likes" by the end of the voting period wins.

Format

To ensure your design is ready for high-quality printing, please follow these guidelines:

  • Item type: L-shape A4 Document Folder / File. (Important: You MUST submit designs for BOTH the front and back of the folder).
  • Dimensions: 220mm (W) x 310mm (H) for each side. You can submit these as two separate pages (Front and Back) or as a single flat spread.
  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum.
  • File Format: Please submit a PDF or High-Res JPG/PNG and the file size should be under 10MB.

 Rules

  1. Each participant can only submit one entry. Only the latest entry will be accepted if more than one entry has been received.
  2. All artwork must be original. If you use Generative AI tools at any stage of your design process, you MUST declare this in your submission email.
  3. By submitting an entry, you guarantee that your design does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. Avoid using watermarked or unlicensed stock images.
  4. The BPSY Programme Office reserves the right to use, modify, and reproduce the winning designs for souvenir production and promotional purposes.
  5. Submissions must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
  6. Decisions of the judges are final. There is no appeal mechanism.
