"After 16 years of international education, returning to the campus of Lingnan University in Hong Kong, I have revisited an unforgettable campus life, felt the dedication and humanistic care of Lingnan University professors, and experienced the rigour and meticulousness of their academic research. Taking into account both educational management and psychology, OPEM has helped me to conceptualise and summarise the teaching experience of more than ten years from the perspective of pedagogy and management so that cases in practice and theories have been well matched, which has promoted my understanding of concepts and optimised my teaching and management methods. At the same time, the relevant courses in organizational psychology have also effectively helped me to clarify the new direction of personnel deployment and talent training. The OPEM learning journey answered my workplace puzzles and effectively solved the problems I encountered in the management process."
