Curriculum
Students are required to complete 12 credits of compulsory courses, which cover both Psychology and Education Management and 18 credits of elective courses from Psychology Cluster (at least 6 credits) and Education Management Cluster (at least 9 credits), total with 30 credits.

Intermediate Award
Students will be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology and Education Management if they complete at least five courses with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.33. Acceptance of an intermediate award implies an intention not to complete the final award.
Graduation Requirements
A student who has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation will be awarded the Award of Master of Social Sciences in Organisational Psychology and Education Management (OPEM) with one of the following classifications.
