学生需修读12个学分的必修课程，课程心理学和教育管理学，以及18个学分的选修课程，其中心理学专业至少6个学分，教育管理专业至少9个学分，共30个学分。

中级文凭授予
如果学生完成不少于五门课程，且累计 GPA 至少达到 2.33，则可获得组织心理学与教育管理研究生文凭。接受中级授予即表示不打算完成最终授予。
毕业要求
符合所有毕业要求的学生，将获颁组织心理学与教育管理 (OPEM) 社会科学硕士学位，并获得下列其中一种等级。
