Gerontechnology Innovation Journey: From Idea to Impact

Introduction:

This symposium, organised by Lingnan University in collaboration with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), aims to examine the development process of gerontechnology innovation, from initial concept through incubation to practical application and sustainable ecosystem development. The event will provide a platform for stakeholders across multiple sectors to discuss strategies for addressing the needs of older adults through technology-driven solutions.

The symposium seeks to facilitate cross-sector collaboration by bringing together young entrepreneurs, industry representatives, service providers, and social organisations. Participants will gain insights into the challenges and opportunities involved in developing, implementing, and scaling gerontechnology innovations.
