Coffee with Me: Networking & Programme Insights
The networking event Coffee with Me: Networking & Programme Insights took place on 13 November 2025, creating a relaxed atmosphere for students to connect with their peers and staff. This informal gathering facilitated open dialogue about mental health, reinforcing the idea that mental well-being flourishes in a nurturing community. Participants enjoyed refreshments while engaging in meaningful conversations, further strengthening the supportive network within the University.

Restore Wholeness Lego Workshop
Concluding Wellness Week on 14 November 2025 was the Restore Wholeness Lego Workshop. Guided by Mr Sam Ng, a certified Six Bricks Practitioner, attendees discovered how playful activities can aid in self-exploration and emotional regulation. The workshop not only equipped participants with relaxation tools but also fostered a sense of community as they built and shared their creations.
