LEAP Activity: LEAP x Dialogue in the Dark

On 12 March 2025, the community engagement event “LEAP x Dialogue in the Dark” was hosted by the LEAP Programme of the School of Graduate Studies (GS), in collaboration with the Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Foundation. The event successfully attracted around 20 students from Lingnan University.

The event provided participants with a unique opportunity to engage with visually impaired individuals through adventure and dialogue in darkness. Attendees gained insight into the daily lives and challenges faced by the visually impaired community. They also learned about the valuable insights into the operations of social enterprises.

GS LEAP is committed to enhancing students’ community engagement and familiarising them with local society in Hong Kong through similar initiatives in the future.
