Biography

Keith obtained his bachelor's degree in Social Policy from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2019. Following that, he completed an MSsc in Comparative Social Policy (International) at Lingnan University. He further pursued an MPhil in Sociology and Social Policy in 2022, focusing on platform workers' work-related risks experiences. Presently, he is engaged in his PhD research on youth employment services implementation, with research interests spanning social policy and the sociology of work. Additionally, he is a member of local professional organizations, actively advocating for work at height safety in Hong Kong.
