Application Period: Oct 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024

We accept online applications. To apply, follow the steps below:

1. Create an account in the Online Application System.

2. Complete the online application form.

3. Upload scanned copies of the following documents to the System:

( 1 ) Identity card, passport, or travel document

( 2 ) Transcripts

( 3 ) Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL)

( 4 ) Graduation certificates/Bachelor's degree certificate

( 5 ) Consent form for verifying academic awards (Download here)

( 6 ) China Qualification Verification (CQV) report (Applicable if you graduated with degree awarded by a university in Mainland China)

( 7 ) Other relevant materials

4. Settle the application fee of HKD$400 by a credit card. Application fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Invite two referees to complete the confidential recommendations forms. The referee should return this form to the Programmes Office preferably within a month after submission of the application form. Flexibility will be provided for submitting the recommendation forms by the programmes.

( 1 ) Mailing this form in a sealed envelope direct to the Taught Postgraduate Programmes Office, Room 112/1, Simon and Eleanor Kwok Building, Lingnan University, 8 Castle Peak Road, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, or

( 2 ) Emailing this form to the respective programme offices via the referees' university or company email accounts.

Do not open the completed recommendation forms or upload them to the Online Application System.

Note:

1. An application is successful when ALL sections in the online application form are duly completed and the application fee is settled.

2. An acknowledgement with an application number assigned will be sent to the applicant by email upon each successful application. An applicant should contact the Programme Team if no acknowledgement is received within 7 working days after online application is submitted.

3. Each application with an application fee of HKD400 is for one programme only. If applicants want to apply to multiple Programmes, additional online applications with additional application fees are required.
