Teaching and Learning Data Warehouse- Phase I

This project focuses on creating a Data Warehouse to support stakeholders in systematically collecting, analysing, and using various data sources across the institution to enhance teaching and learning. There are four key areas (Institutional Survey analytics, CTLE analytics, e-Learning Usage analytics, and Data Action Forms) included in the VTL proposal to be implemented. Term-end CTLE Data Analysis

As supplementary analytics to the current CTLE report, the following analytics are available for academic leaders to identify which staff member/course may need assistance or support to improve teaching quality. The analytics include:

D1 (Course) and D2 (Teaching) Combination
D1 & D2 Details by Ascending / Descending Orders
Trend of D1 and D2 by Year
Bottom/Top 10 courses by A4: The Course utilized technology effectively
D1 (Course) and B (Learning Outcomes) Combination
Root Cause Identification – by individual question/s of B
