Outstanding Award at the 8th "Kede Cup" - National University Student Drone Aerial Photography Competition

It is with great pleasure that we announce the outstanding achievement of Mr. Zhao Yangchun, a year-3 student studying BBA in Digital Business at the Faculty of Business. Mr. Zhao and his team have been awarded the Outstanding Award at the 8th "Kede Cup" National University Student Drone Aerial Photography Competition (第八屆「科德杯」全國大學生無人機航拍競賽中獲得優秀獎), held from May 26th to May 30th.
The competition is a highly regarded event that brings together students from universities across China to showcase their drone photography skills and unique perspectives. Mr. Zhao's passion for drone photography and desire to learn from students across China motivated his participation in the competition, and he and his teammates have become the first Hong Kong team to win an award in this competition.
Mr. Zhao's participation in this competition has given him a deeper understanding of the development of drone technology and its diverse applications in various fields. Furthermore, his personal growth during the competition included effective communication with the organizing committee, learning from other university students, and delivering a high-quality output within the stipulated timeframe.
Mr. Zhao is grateful that the University has provided a supportive platform to him and his team throughout the competition. Special thanks to Professor Lau Chi-pang, Professor Li Donghui, Professor Leng Mingming, and other university leaders and teachers for their invaluable support and guidance, which contributed to Mr. Zhao's success.
