Regular Pest Control Services for the Main Campus

As a regular measure to maintain the hygienic conditions of the campus, the pest control services have been scheduled for October 2023 as follows:

14 October 2023 (Sat)	9:30p.m. – 11:00p.m.	The surrounding area of the following buildings: Chan Tak Tai Auditorium Leung Kau Kui Building B. Y. Lam Building Dorothy Y. L. Wong Building Lau Chung Him Building and Chapel Lau Lee Yuen Haan Amenities Building
14 October 2023 (Sat)	11:00p.m. – 3:00a.m.	The indoor areas of the above buildings
21 October 2023 (Sat)	9:30p.m. – 11:00p.m.	The surrounding area of the following buildings: Ho Sin Hang Building Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building Wong Administration Building Simon and Eleanor Kwok Building Indoor Sports Complex Wofoo Joseph Lee Student Activity Centre
21 October 2023 (Sat)	11:30p.m. – 3:00a.m.	The indoor areas of the above buildings

The pest control contractor will be accompanied by a security guard when carrying out the work in the office areas. In order to protect your own interest and facilitate the work, colleagues are advised to

remove all food and drinks from your workplace / pantry / lounge; and
keep the floor clear and lock up all valuable belongings and confidential documents when leaving the office on the day before the scheduled service.
