2023/24 Parking Permit for Students

Please be informed that the application for the 2023/24 parking permit for students (outdoor parking only) is now open. As the number of parking spaces is limited, priority will be given to applicants with special physical needs or other strong justifications. Applicants should apply for their permits by:

 

1. completing the “Parking Permit Application Form”, which may be downloaded from https://www.ln.edu.hk/ocdm/forms/students/cdm5017 or obtained from the Campus Support Office (at 2616 7134 or email: [email protected]); and

(b)   paying the appropriate annual administration fee.

You are required to read the “Rules Governing the Issuance of Parking Permit and Conditions of Parking” carefully.

 

Please note that all students without a valid parking permit parking their cars inside the University campus will be charged on an hourly rate basis, and upon the presentation of a valid student card at the security booth at the main entrance, a 60% discount from the standard hourly rate will be offered. However, students are advised to observe the latest University access control policy before driving to campus.
