Promotion of health and well-being has become a priority for everyone, especially in the post-pandemic era. Increasing prevalence of chronic health problems and everyday challenges such as work demands highlight the need for evidence-based research and interventions to promote individuals’ health and well-being. Psychological conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, and various forms of cognitive impairments are progressively becoming a menace to the health and well-being of individuals across lifespan and contexts. Our collective experience during the COVID-19 pandemic shows that more dialogues, research, and interventions are crucial for our preparation for future challenges. In this conference, we examine the role of psychological science in promoting mental and cognitive health outcomes through bringing together leading scholars and practitioners to showcase the latest research and best practices.
