Bad Weather Arrangement

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force or likely to be issued within two hours of the conference’s commence time, i.e. from 6:45 a.m. (Hong Kong time) onwards, as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the on-site meeting will be cancelled. However, the conference will continue to be held online via Zoom as scheduled.
