Library Renovation Completed!

The Library is delighted to share with you that Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Library renovation project covering the spatial reorganisation of 1/F and 3/F and the construction of the mezzanine floor have been completed and all floors have opened to users smoothly in April 2023, marking a new milestone in the space planning of the Library.

The 3/F is the latest piece of renovated space. Designed as a quiet space and tranquil haven for research and study, the revamped space offers a variety of features to enhance your learning experience. Books Collection LC Class HQ-Z, as well as an array of large books, are housed there. You can enjoy flexible individual and group study booths, multi-purpose rooms for reading and studying, and two visually striking nuclei designed for immersive learning. Come and enjoy learning and studying in the improved environment!

Thank you to some of you who have witnessed the whole process. We wholeheartedly thank you for your patience and understanding during the closures, noise, dust, and inconveniences experienced over the past few years. The renovation journey was a challenging one, we hope you enjoy using the new Library to support your study and research journey.
