Congratulations to SEIM Students for Winning Third Place!

We are proud to announce that two talented students from the SEIM programme have achieved third place in the Gerontech Incubation Lab Cum Design Competition 2025 at Lingnan University! Their innovative project—a wearable smart device designed for seniors—stood out for its practical impact and creative use of technology.

The device offers multiple features to enhance seniors’ safety and well-being, including:

• Medication OCR
• Safety and SOS
• AI-assisted alarm system for continuous disease monitoring

This solution reflects the students’ commitment to addressing real-world challenges through technology and empathy-driven design.
