Important Notes
The Congregation will focus on the presentation of graduates to honour their academic endeavour and achievements. Graduates who register for attendance at the Congregation will be given 2 guest tickets. Guest tickets for the Auditorium will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis according to the registration sequence. Guests who cannot be accommodated in the Auditorium will be assigned seating at other on-campus venues to watch live broadcast. Admission tickets will be sent to the graduates who have registered for attendance at the Congregation by email in November.
Graduates who wish to register for their attendance should read the House Rules and Use of Personal Data carefully. Please contact the Registry by 23 October 2026 for assistance if graduates and/or their guests have accessibility needs (e.g. wheelchair-user).
Graduates who DO NOT register for their attendance via the system by the registration deadline will not be presented at the coming Congregation. No admission tickets will be assigned to them and their guests. Late requests for presentation at the Congregation will not be entertained.
All participants are expected to stay until the end of the ceremony to show respect for the fellow graduates and participants. Leaving early can disrupt the ceremony and may be perceived as disrespectful to attendees still waiting for their moment. Early departure is not permitted except in cases of emergency.
A complete list of graduates will be presented online for easy access by graduates, their guests and viewers watching the live broadcast on the Congregation Day, i.e. 1 and 2 December 2026. Graduates may access the graduate list via a hyperlink provided to them by email in due course.
- Please note that photos and videos will be taken during the ceremony for official University records and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be captured in close-up visuals, please feel free to step out of frame during photo taking.
