Graduation Certificates

Your graduation certificate can be collected on or after 21 November 2019 on campus.  You may refer to the Notes given below for details.  Please take good care of the document as it will not be reissued.  You should be aware that the Graduation Certificates can be collected within one year from 21 November 2019, beyond which the uncollected certificates will be destroyed
 

Please bring along your Student ID Card when you come to collect your graduation certificate. If you are unable to come in person, you may authorise a representative to collect the graduation certificate on your behalf by presenting a duly signed and completed authorisation letter and copies of your HKID Card and Student ID Card.  To download the authorisation letter template, please click here.
 

Please check whether the campus is open before you come to collect your graduation certificates.

 

Notes

1) Graduates of research postgraduate programmes and undergraduate programmes should collect their graduation certificates from the Registry, G/F, Wong Administration Building.

Graduates of taught postgraduate programmes should collect their graduation certificates from the respective departments.
