If graduates still have unpaid accounts due to the University, or unreturned materials on loan due to the University Library, or have not met any other obligations due to the University, they should settle them immediately; otherwise the graduation certificates may be withheld until the unpaid accounts are settled.

You may refer to the following arrangements for details. Please take good care of the document. The Graduation Certificates can be collected within one year from the date of issuance, beyond which the uncollected certificates will be destroyed.

Graduates of UG and RPg Programmes should collect their graduation certificates at the counter of the Registry during the office hours. If you are unable to come in person, you may authorise a representative to collect the graduation certificate on your behalf by presenting a duly signed and completed authorisation letter and a copy of your HKID Card.

Graduates of TPg programmes should collect their graduation certificates from the respective departments during the opening hours of the respective offices from the date of issuance of graduation certificates. If you are unable to collect in person or should you have any enquiries, please contact your programme office.

Please contact the respective TPg programme offices for their opening hours.
