- Names of graduates will be published on the Graduate List. Graduates’ degree classification will not be shown unless they are awarded a First Class Honours or a Distinction.

- At the Congregation, award titles will be announced and names of graduates attending the Congregation will be called. Degree classification will not be announced unless the graduate has received a First Class Honours.

- The ceremony will be broadcast live. Videos of the ceremonies will be produced for the University’s retention.

- The University has assigned photographers and videographers to shoot both indoor and outdoor activities on campus for publicity purposes. These photos and videos may appear on the University’s publicity channels, website, press releases, marketing materials, and other publications. By attending the congregation, you consent to the University photographing you and your guest(s) and using these images and likenesses.

- Please note that the ceremony may be photographed, videotaped, and/or screen-captured for University record-keeping, educational and promotional purposes and in future promotional and marketing materials including but not limited to the University’s websites, publications, and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeiBo, and etc.). By attending, you consent to be photographed, videotaped, and/or screen-captured, and give permission to the University to use of your image(s) for the aforesaid purposes.
