Donors' Tea Reception strengthens connections

To express our deepest gratitude to our scholarship donors, a tea reception was held on 31 March 2025, following the Awards Presentation Ceremony, during which over 250 scholarship awards were presented to students from various disciplines, recognising their outstanding achievements.

This gathering also served as a vital opportunity for connection and engagement with the individuals whose unwavering support significantly enhances our students’ learning experiences. Our senior management members, including Professor Raymond Chan, Vice-President (Academics) cum Provost, and Mr Ernest Chan, Vice-President (Administration), warmly welcomed our generous donors at the tea reception. They shared updates on the University’s latest developments while the student scholarship recipients expressed their gratitude to the donors in person, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with conversation and connections.

Additionally, attendees were invited to explore the captivating exhibition titled “Shine and Shade, Earth and Wood: The Story of Everyday Porcelain and Lacquer” at Lingnan’s Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall. The exhibition not only showcases the beauty of lacquerware and porcelain but also our students’ talents in creating animation works for the exhibition, demonstrating both its academic and educational significance.
