Biographical Sketch

Prior to joining Lingnan University, Prof. Lam was a successful serial entrepreneur and experienced business executives with 20 more years in business start-ups, corporate consultancy, innovation and strategic management. His extensive business exposures and international connections were developed through working in global enterprises like IBM and NEC in the countries of Canada, US, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.

In the recently years, he worked in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and supported students in the entrepreneurship education, start-ups funding, international business competitions, MBA programs management and executive trainings in Hong Kong and China. He taught mainly the postgraduate programs and executive trainings in the scope of Entrepreneurship, Innovations, Strategic Management, Sustainability Management, Digital Transformation and Social Entrepreneurship.

Research Interests

Entrepreneurship Education, Innovation Strategy, Digital Marketing, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ESG. Social Enterprise and Global Entrepreneurship.
