LIFE Info Day 2026 (Session 2) was successfully held

Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) held the “LIFE Info Day 2026 (Session 2)” on 3 July 2026. The Info Day composed of two thematic talks, and one-to-one consultation sessions. The events were held in hybrid mode, on both face-to-face and online basis. Thanks to all coming students, parents and teachers, the Info Day was a huge success.
The two thematic talks were “The Multimedia Edge: Leveraging Next-Gen Assets for Business Growth” and “Lingnan DAE: Embrace the University Campus, Embark on a New Journey of Growth”, covering industries of Business Studies and Diploma of Applied Education. The first talk featured Mr. Shek Wai Tong, Lecturer of Associate of Business Studies (Business Management), addressing the revolutionary changes in online shopping experiences driven by AI. He demonstrated how companies can utilize cutting-edge multimedia to boost business performance by focusing on immersive, interactive, and personalized customer journeys. In the second talk, Ms. LU Ning, the Programme Leader of Diploma of Applied Education, served as the speaker to share information regarding course content, campus life, articulation pathways, and application details. The speakers answered queries of audiences, and shared more about what audiences interested in.
One-to-one consultation sessions were also held in hybrid mode. Teachers from LIFE gave individual advice to students according to their unique background, interest and ability. They answered the questions about students’ own articulation pathway, as well as information about LIFE programmes. Some of the comers applied for LIFE programme, and enjoyed a waiver of application fee. The Info Day helped students, parents and teachers grasping the most updated information of the industries and the related career pathway. Hope all the comers gained some insights for the events.
