AY2025-26 Term1 LUEA Sit-in Programme Briefing Successfully Held

The AY2025-26 Term1 LingnanU Elder Academy (LUEA) Sit-in Programme Briefing was successfully held on 20 August 2025, welcoming senior learners to an enriching and vibrant learning journey designed to promote lifelong learning and active ageing, while fostering intergenerational harmony. The briefing introduced senior learners to the structure, expectations, and support systems of the Sit-in Programme.

A highlight of the event was the Sit-in Programme Scholarship Presentation Ceremony, where outstanding senior learners were recognised for their commitment to learning.
During the briefing, scholarship certificates were presented to awardees from the AY2024–25, acknowledging their commitment and achievements in their learning journey. The awardees also shared their personal learning journeys, inspiring fellow participants to continue pursuing knowledge and actively engage in learning.

The event concluded with a campus tour, allowing senior learners to explore the university environment and connect with peers.
