Hello, I'm Yum Ka Wai. I recently graduated with a Higher Diploma in Sports Coaching and Leadership from Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE). Over the course of the two-year program, I gained a comprehensive understanding of essential coaching techniques and athlete development strategies, which I now confidently apply in my role as a basketball coach. My time at LIFE was enriched by the excellent campus facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness room, and group study spaces, which I regularly utilized. The program struck a perfect balance between practical skills and campus engagement, thoroughly preparing me for a successful career in coaching.
