Library Etiquette

Library Etiquette

The Library strives to build a friendly and collaborative learning environment so that everyone enjoys the experience of using our service. To create and sustain such a community, we need users’ participation and cooperation. Library ABC, which stands for ‘Always Be Considerate’, is the key. Users are warmly reminded to maintain good personal hygiene, keep the Library spaces neat and tidy, and wear face masks all the time. Keep food and drink outside the Library. Keep your voice down during discussions. Library materials should be used wisely in accordance with the copyright ordinance, and the facilities should be handled with care.

Notices and signage are in place to remind users of the above regulations. The detailed regulations are posted on the Library’s website.
