LU Barn (Makerspace) Service Upgrades
The LU Barn (Makerspace) is ready to provide higher quality services and facilities for LU students and staff!
In 2024-25 Term 2, four members of the Library Learning Support team completed the UltiMaker 3D Printing Training and the UltiMaker Associate certificates to enhance our Makerspace service.
In addition, to let every user to have a taste of the 3D Printing experience, UltiMaker Cura software has been installed on all computers in Computer Room 1 to support more advanced 3D Printing workshops.
LU Barn (Makerspace) also offers Laser Cutting/Engraving service. To use the service, please make a booking in advance at our Library Rooms/Facilities Booking System and have your designed files ready in AI format.
