Meet Woody: Library New Cleaning Companions

Have you spotted our new robot helpers, Woody, taking a nap (charging) at their charging spots on 1/F Zone C and 3/F Zone C? Don’t be fooled by their downtime. Once the Library closes, these hardworking robots will be scrubbing and sweeping floors to keep our Library clean for you to use!

This smart initiative eases the workload of our human cleaners, allowing them to focus on areas robots cannot reach. While both Woody robots are still under testing and configuration, we may occasionally deploy them during our Opening Hours in the future. Worried about collisions? Fear not! Both Woody robots are equipped with auto-detection sensors, they will stop for obstacles and also alert you with a friendly sound.

We need your help to build a clean and tidy Library too! Please remember to dispose of your trash and Always Be Considerate of others. Together, we can keep our Library clean and welcoming for everyone!
